Question: What are the benefits that vendors will get from registering through PTT Vendor Management?
Answer: The benefits that vendor will receive are:
- Ability to present company information, such as business information, products and services, etc.
- Ability to receive PTT Procurement news/ announcement/ information
- Ability to define authorized persons for issuing bank guarantee to PTT
- Ability to track status of procurement process from Contract Management, Good Receipt and Payment
- Ability to acknowledge vendor’s performance evaluation results
- Ability to request Work Certificate
- Ability to present company information, such as business information, products and services, etc.
- Ability to receive PTT Procurement news/ announcement/ information

Question: If vendors have already registered on PTTAVL, do they need to register on PTT Vendor Management?
Answer: vndors need to register on PTT Vendor Management for receiving username before accessing this system.
Question: Do vendors who already have PTT vendor code - created PO/Contract with PTT - need to re-register in PTT Vendor Management?
Answer: Yes. Vendors need to re-register on PTT Vendor Management since this system is a source of information for vendors in order to view their procurement information with PTT such as contract status, vendor’s performance evaluation results, etc.
Question: What happens if vendors do not register on PTT Vendor Management?
Answer: There is no effect on vendor selection process; however, vendors will not be able to present their company information. In addition, they will not be able to conduct any online procurement process with PTT such as issuing bank guarantee via PTT Electronic Bank Guarantee etc.
Question: If vendors have already registered with Consultant Database Center or Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP), do they need to register on PTT Vendor Management?
Answer: Yes. Since the information from Consultant Database Center or Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) has different database and information will not be sent to PTT Vendor Management.
Question: How can vendor register PTT Vendor Management?
Answer: Vendors can register PTT Vendor Management by following steps below:
1. Access to PTT Vendor Management via Procurement Website (https://procurement.pttplc.com)
2. Select “REGISTER”
3. Create registration request by fill in general information such as Business Entity’s name, Authorized person’s Name-Surname, Address, Contact Information and set password for accessing PTT Vendor Management
4. Attach related document into system and send original documents to PTT within 15 days from the date of submitting the form through PTT Vendor Management.
5. Vendor will receive email informing the result of registration request that come along with username for signing in PTT Vendor Management once PTT administrator finishes checking on completeness of your registration request and original documents.

Question: How can vendors send their original documents to PTT?
Answer: Vendors can send their original documents to PTT by:
1. Sending document via Express Mail Service (EMS) to mailing address as following:
PTT Public Company Limited, Strategic Procurement Division, 1st floor 6th Building,
PTT Head office, 555 Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900
2. Submitting documents by hand at Strategic Procurement Division office
All original documents should be sent by EMS or by hand within 15 days from the date of submitting the form through PTT Vendor Management.

2. Select “View Profile”
3. Topics for “Edit Profile” will be displayed as listed below:
- Company Details
- Company Documents
- Business Information
- Payment Information (In case of having PTT Vendor Code)
4. Fill in “Objective for update” and then update only information that would like to change
5. Click “Submit”
Remark:
- In case of Company Document or Business Information, system will update information automatically.
- In case of Company Details or Payment Information, system will update information once PTT administrator approve the change request.
